It is mainly used for deburring, removing rust, rounding and polishing all sorts of metals, non-ferrous metals and non-metals parts. The workparts after surface finishing, not only remain the shape accuracy of the original state, but also improve the precision of surface roughness of parts. 
 

 

Product Application

1. Adoption of vibratory motor to produce vibratory force, it makes workparts and medias move in one direction and mass finished interactively in the processing vessel to accomplish the surface improvement.
2. Applicable to process small and medium size workparts in large amount load, with good finish effect and short time needs for processing.
3. No damage to the original shape and size of the workpart.
4, The processing vessel interior surface is lined with PU (polyurethane), avoiding direct damage to the workparts and machine metal, and working life for the machine is extended.
5. Random checking the workparts in the finishing process, easy operation. Option to choose the independent electrical box with converter.
6. A type and AB type machine has the function of separating the workparts and medias automatically after finishing process.

1. The XXZP-AB180X is with separator(flap), with PU square hole size 20X20mm. The separator screen is not easy detachable for PU separator.
There is also Nylon board round hole dia 20mm separator board available, with S.S. 304 plate frame structure.

3.The soundproof  cover with sponge is intergrated with the basement ,stability is guaranteed,controlled by the pneumatic cylinder,easy to operated.
